Description
Album in varnished sheepskin with thickening in the covers, in which 16 photos of the unveiling of the monument to Kaiser Wilhelm I on the Lange Brücke in Potsdam on 11 April 1890 are mounted. There is a gilded decoration around the front and back as well as on the inside and on the back of the album. The title is printed in gold on the front cover. The inner sides of the front and back covers and the endpapers are covered with paper with floral motifs. The album is closed with a gold-plated metal lock. The album pages and the cut-outs of the photos are gold-plated. An ex-libris of Kaiser Wilhelm II is pasted on the inside of the front strap, and two old inventory numbers are pasted on the inside of the back strap.
