Kaiser Wilhelm II parades by the newly unveiled monument to Kaiser Wilhelm I on the Siegesallee in Berlin, 30 March 1901. On the left is the statue of Wilhelm I, which is attributed to Rheinhold Begas, but was probably made by August Kraus. It is currently located in the Zitadelle in Spandau. A group of soldiers is marching on the right. Behind the Emperor and to the left is a large crowd of soldiers, including Prince Adalbert. Empress Auguste Victoria is on Adalbert's left, invisible just behind a lamppost.
